Patrick’s
Patch is a vegetable garden in Beaulieu village,
built in 2008 and managed by a head gardener and volunteers.
A visit to Patrick’s Patch can provide both ideas and
tips for your own garden, or a tranquil place to wander and relax.
The garden is surrounded on 2 sides by walls made from heather
bales and cord wood, against which trained fruit is grown. The
vegetables, fruit, herbs and cut flowers are grown all year round
and are used in Fairweather’s Garden Centre’s, Hungry
Gardener Café across the road.
Open
March to September Daily 9am to 5pm
The drop in sessions for children and their parents are every Saturday 10am to 12noon. There are regular free courses and tours in the garden. Courses run from 10 am to about 12noon - just turn up on the day!
