Eastleigh Lakeside Railway
  Description
Eastleigh Lakeside Railway opened in 1992 and now has developed into one of the best miniature railways in the country.
The return journey from the main station, Eastleigh Parkway, to Monks Brook Halt is one and a quarter miles long and takes about 15 - 20 minutes. On the way it runs through a tunnel 230 feet long.

The railway fleet consists of 19 steam locos, 2 diesel hydraulic and the battery powered Jubilee. Steam locos numbers 1001 & 1002 were built in the early 1930s and are historically important.
