Stonehenge
  Description
One of the most famous prehistoric sites in the world, Stonehenge is set in 1,500 acres of land owned by the National Trust, with excellent walks (The stone circle is owned and managed by English Heritage).
The site is composed of earthworks surrounding a circular setting of large standing stones,
constructed around 2400 BC. Audio guides are available in ten languages.

Parking is charged and refunded on entry.

Access on tarmac and grass path around outer circle. One wheelchair available to visitors on request at entrance kiosk.
